Lachssteak am Knochen habe ich bisher noch nie gegessen. Bisher habe ich das nur sehr häufig beim Schwertfisch gesehen. Ich finde es eine super Abwechslung zum normalen Lachsfilet da es sich am Knochen viel besser grillen lässt und ausserdem bleibt es saftiger. Die Haut kann man später einfach abziehen und die beiden Filets einfach vom Knochen/Gräte streichen. Dazu gab es einmal eine Rote-Zwiebel mit Curry und Soja-Sauce und noch einen Rest Spinat-Lasagne. Zum Nachtisch habe ich ein Erdbeere-Mus mit Nougat und Joghurt-Sahne gemacht.
